Whilst all measures will be taken to ensure our clients' applications are successful, the following 3 basic factors are important :

•	Need to open a Fixed Deposit Account in a Malaysian Bank.

•	After 1 year, if the applicant wish to withdraw money from the Fixed Deposit Account prior approval from the Ministry of Tourism is required.

•	Participants under this programme may withdraw their entire Fixed Deposit at anytime should they decide to terminate their stay in Malaysia under this programme. However, they must first obtain prior approval from the Ministry of Tourism.

Applicants must show that they have a purpose in their application letters and the purpose cannot be to seek a job in Malaysia. Participants can retire, invest or accompany their children for their education in Malaysia. We will be happy to assist our clients to prepare their individual documentations for submission.

Applicant would need to be healthy enough to enjoy an easy going lifestyle in Malaysia. Thus the following submission is required to support the application :

• Medical Report

All participants and their dependants are required to submit a medical report from any private hospital / registered clinic in Malaysia.

• Medical Insurance

Approved participant and dependants must possess a valid medical insurance policy applicable in Malaysia.

	Latest Updates: New applicants who have purchased and owned residential property which were bought at RM1 million and above in Malaysia are eligible to apply by placing only RM100,000/= in a Fixed Deposit account for those aged 50 years and above, and RM150,000/= for those below 50 years old.
